Wrye mash and merging, ?

Ok im using Wrye Mash 84 works well. Have GOTY
This is using the "repair all" on a save game file. and the output, below "Overriding Lists" from when it has finished. What does the list mean, what is it doing?
Links if you like to relevant info , wound be ok,but ones which are to the point please. been reading a lot, so though I try posting .
I posted my Mod list well , so if you see anything that out of Order , or just not needed, even better/updated mods please let me know. really save me some time. :)

I'd start off by running your plugin list through https://code.google.com/p/mlox/. There's quite a few things to sort out. I expect your error is because you're using both Mashed Lists.esp and Merged_Levelled_Lists.esp

So ok got the program , cool , fixing problems now , it even telling me what patches I need for my plug-ins, and to use Mash list.esp good coding :).
This is what makes forums, the best. good information flow., will post later results.. thanks .

Now most of it I have fixed, except for the messages above above,
Mlox has also told me what load order my mods, by the * , should be in, so using Wrye I'm re-dating the mods. Yet after re-dating 12 or so I reload mlox to check and got the list below. Some of them have kept their new load order. Other have been mark * again to be moved. SO I have stop for now least I stuff it up completely, though I would check with you first.

A few of the read me, in the above mods, say don't merge, list , dialogue. I think the understanding merges and how to get rid of confilcts is what i need to read about, Also Wrye Mash 84 has some interesting tabs which i can find no help files on.

Also using the new MGE as well, so my try new setting default values, I'm using a xp dual core 2.2 with 2 gigs of ram ati 2400 HD pro video. resolution for game is 1024x786 , 32 colour.

You have an old version "Pegas Horse Ranch v2.4.esm" rather than "Pegas Horse Ranch v3.1.esm"

Mlox has also told me what load order my mods, by the * , should be in, so using Wrye I'm re-dating the mods. Yet after re-dating 12 or so I reload mlox to check and got the list below. Some of them have kept their new load order. Other have been mark * again to be moved. SO I have stop for now least I stuff it up completely, though I would check with you first.
In Wrye Mash ensure you do not have "Lock Times" enabled on your Mods tab. Then just run mlox and click "Update Load Order".

With Lock Times enabled Wrye Mash will redate your plugin files each time it's opened, reverting the load order from the one mlox set.

A few of the read me, in the above mods, say don't merge, list , dialogue. I think the understanding merges and how to get rid of confilcts is what i need to read about, Also Wrye Mash 84 has some interesting tabs which i can find no help files on.
Anyhow what's next ?

I've never used the Installers tab but from what I can see the http://wryemusings.com/Wrye+Mash.html are quite complete. Wrye Mash docs explain what Merged Levelled Lists are, TESTools docs explain what Merged Objects and Merged Dialogue are (don't use the latter! It can break quests)

Update this is the from the warning txt file.

These are probably remnants of mods you've removed. Repair your save in Wrye Mash.
First off make sure your mods are OK:
(1) On the Mods tab all mods should have a green checkbox.
(2) If any mods have a yellow checkbox, select them and then look for the Save button in the bottom right. Click that and the mod file will be updated and the error removed. The error just means that the mod was created with an earlier version of Morrowind to the one you're using. Saving in Mash will update this version info.
(3) If you have any mods with red checkboxes then you do not have a ESM file needed by that mod loaded. Check the mod's readme.
Now saves:
(4) Onto the Saves tab, select the save you want to fix.
(5) When the save is selected the list in the bottom right will be populated with the mods currently associated with the save.
(6) Right click the column headers ("File" and "Num") and choose Sync to Load List (this will change the mods associated with the save to match those currently selected on the Mods tab)
(7) Click Save
(8) Right click the save game and choose Repair All
(9) Optionally, right click the save and choose Remove > Debris Cells
(10) The checkbox for the save should now be purple.

These scripts are from Book Rotate, IIRC you had a number of Book Rotate mods enabled. Chances are reducing the number of active Book Rotate mods caused the scripts to get reinitialised. After cleaning your save in Mash (above) you should be able to launch the game, create a new save as soon as you're in. This one should load OK.

Not sure which mod is causing this. Really I'd suggest using Wingrep or InfoRapid Search & Replace to search your ESPs for those containing the text string "A_DarkBrotherhood_Pauldron_FA", one of those will be the culprit. Maybe, the Wrye Mash thing will have fixed this. Not sure.

Well thanks heap,.. for all that, really really good of you. Used repair all on my save file not clear debri field, the former did not work, so I'll try clear debri and unlocking the times on the Wrye mods, when using Mlox, I had not done that, so I will. OH are esm better than esp, ? just remember to ask.

Well that is it , there is one last question, Given the mods I have, are there any Mods which would compliment my choice or ones which are better, say at doing the same thing, you could email me if you decision are to Mod politicly , uncool, don't won't to upset anyone :o,
I will start an new game , given the choice of just getting it right. .. Ok truly that's it. really big help that Mlox is a gem, and merging the list I read up, but wyre mash 84 help files are from and older version i think.
