Wrye Mash remove spawned creatures?

Just wondering what the effects of this option are, anything negative? I do have Morrowind Advanced which adds more creatures... I assume it's fine but I don't want to screw anything up which is why I also did this on a duplicate save. I did this because I had trouble getting an animal mod called Animal Realism to work. I don't think I'll even use it in the long run, but I wanted to try it and it wasn't working at all on my saved game so I figured it had something to do with the animals already spawned or something. I'll probably delete a bunch of cliff racers, probably like 1/4 instead of using the mod.

Also, my creatures act funny a lot. Sometimes when they are trying to run away they skip along the ground as I move closer toward them, and sometimes cliff racers hover in the air and jitter around before being able to attack me. Kinda annoying, although the creatures I did see when I reset the spawns (very few) seems to act pretty normal.
