Would anyone tell me how to edit/saves the masters of our wronged esp? I'm used to the morrowind wrye mash fix, wich was so simple: click on the masters files, edit and saves for a green box, but now... Doesn't work anymore.

If you are asking how to fix the orange box problem due to out-of-order masters, easiest is to load the mod in TES5Edit and use the "sort masters" option.
Yes, that's it, and thxs for answer, but does it work to repair saves also? Cause that new wrye bash far from bein an improvement...
As far as I know you cannot "repair" saves in Skyrim the way you can in Morrowind. Unlike Morrowind, you cannot just uninstall mods in Skyrim and expect it to work, or expect to be able to simply repair the save with a click of the mouse. Some mods can be safely removed, but many cannot, particularly if they contain scripts because data and scripts gets baked into the save and cannot be easily removed. You can use tools like the save game script cleaner to try to salvage a save after removing a scripted mod, but the generally accepted advice is not to change your load order on an existing save (although adding mods is generally safer than removing them, and some mods can be safely removed, depending on what they do -- simple landscape mods are usually safe to remove, for example). But there is no tool that will make it safe to remove mods in Skyrim or to easily "repair" the damage like you can in Morrowind. Skyrim's engine is a lot more complex than Morrowind and saves are not as easily repaired.
Ooook, thxs a lot for the explanation, never thought that it was such a change, with a cripple Wrye mash... Thxs again!
Well, you can try http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/31724/? to remove stale or unused forms and references in your save, and http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/52363/ to remove orphaned scripts. Both of those can clean up objects left over by removed mods, which can solve problems. It is worth trying them out on a corrupt save -- run Skyrim Save Cleaner first, then Save Game Script Cleaner -- but it is not guaranteed to work. There are just too many ways mods can change your save in ways that make it unplayable.
As Turija says its just Wrye Bash for Skyrim .. Have a look at the default name in the titlebar ..

I think there is a bash ini setting you can set if you prefer to keep the name as Wrye Bash
Edit : Correction .. If you open the Settings ( gears icon ), its selected by default https://i.imgur.com/1NTHciD.png
