Yeah I find that error quite annoying, I think it has to do with an individuals connection, once... I mean once... I also got another on screen error saying I had too much packet loss. It would a lot better if they gave additional information. I have to look up what the console command is to show packet loss. Ping is pretty meaningless if your connection is **** in other ways.

my ping is usually in 30's I got AT&T u-verse cable between 10-20 mbps.
