I have the Limited Edition copy on the 360 I started at level 5 and I'm at level 40 currently and i dont have an unlock for the remaining unlockable weapons... the gauss and the klystron emmiter are greyed out as well as the flash grenade and the C4... was i supposed to get 1 unlock at 39? from what i read somewhere you will be getting the last weapon unlocks at level 43 and 45... and i read somewhere that some people are complaining about not getting 1 or 2 unlocks even at level 50... im getting pissed coz i worked so hard to get to level 39 and was hoping to at least unlock the gauss rifle and its right there staring me in the face and i cant use it at all...F#ck! i loved crysis and crysis warhead but if this game is so glitchy i shouldnt have bothered playing this in the first place...

Well I thought that an unlock appeared at every full level, like corporal or operative instead of the ranks like operative grade 1, 2, 3 and so on. I'm in the same situation, I think though at 41 there might be an unlock

thanks for the reply guys... the weapon appears to be available but the thing at the bottom of the screen is telling me that i need a "weapon unlock" for it... anyway i'll keep my fingers crossed.. i hope i get a "weapon unlock" at 41... and i hope they give us that damned patch pretty soon cause i dont really have time and patience to work on another 150k XP just to get to level 43 so i could get the Gauss rifle... its not like i just sit in my bedroom all day 24-7 and play video games...i have a sorry a&& job and a social life to keep as well..

i don't think it's a bug, but rather part of the weapon unlock system.
at a certain rank you unlock a couple o weapons at the "store" but not in your "armory" =you cannot equip them.
but every other rank or so your earn a weapon unlock, which is like a "voucher" to choose which unlocked weapon you wish to add to your armory.

Last weapon unlock is at 45, and from the sound of it you lost some of your unlocks.

i didn't get one at 39 either which i thought was weird. However im pretty sure i got the final 3 unlock tokens at 41, 42, and 45.

I always keep a weapon unlock 'in the chamber' if you know what I mean.

ok so im at level 41 now and still no tokens for the unlock... gauss rifle, klystron and c4 are greyed out.. i think ill play gears of war beta at least ill have something to work on instead of some illusive unexplained b@llsh!t... it would be nice if the game would show you things to get done for a certain weapon unlock token so you could work towards that... but no... and in this case im done with this game.

I decided like others to keep one or two weapon unlocks and haven't had a problem. But I just got my 43 and got my second to last weapon unlock. Idk what to tell you just keep playing.

I saved weapon unlock from lvl 37 or 38 ,,, dont know just for the gauss rifle
