I like how much of a real Fallout game it is, well represented with new technology.

I like the idea of Mr. House and his whole story/questline.

Which actually suprises me since when I first heard about a character called "Mr. House" I didn't think I would like him at all and felt sure I was going to join the Legion.

Instead I was disappointed with the Legion and became a House-fanatic. Go figure.

Curious, House is my enemy and the Legion is my friend.

What? Way to read between lines that aren't there, you seem desperate to discredit people as haters, I never said anything about Fallout 3, i love Fallout 3, i just prefer NV as a fallout game, good god man.

I have seen plenty of these threads... but hell, I might as well answer the same question again.

Truthfully, I didn't enjoy New Vegas as much, this is what I get for making the god awful mistake of buying it on console, I should have gotten it for PC. But anyways, back on point, what I do like about FNV is the political aspect of it. It was refreshing to see some sort of organization and politics in the Mojave. The factions were very well made, I am a Legion fan myself, but eh, thats a whole other endeavor.

The freedom of choice is probably the main thing I'd say.

But I also love the way the Mojave was written and mapped out, the way the factions, locations and people are interconnected with each other.

I like that I'm guaranteed a freeze after 5 minutes. Some days I'm way too relaxed and placid. New Vegas helps shake me up, get me aggrevated.

Oh wow, this thread really is going to places. Hatemail from "grotesque hermaroids" and all. Is the "hermaroid" referring to hemorrhoids or hermaphrodites?

On topic, I like New Vegas' overall structure. How the player and his actions have an impact to the world, and how one can basically choose his enemies, how there is an incetive to explore with the emphasis on quests, and the multiple possible solutions for the quests, how most of the NPC's felt like they had actual personalities, and how the setting made sense. The gameplay is a bit lacking and some good ideas feel a bit downplayed, but overall how the writing and structure is handled covers up a lot of ground (still wish the gameplay was a bit better though).

Can we stop this and there was more to it pm me if you're that bothered and it's still not pleasant to be told by a stranger who you have hardly talked to that says he don't like you but whatever :cryvaultboy: .

Anyway fonv had lots of fun characters like benny mr house and yes man and it made some decent improvements like iron sight and companion quests and wheel but i just wish it had more time when getting developed because it feels like half a game at times.

The Writing /Dialogue / Plot and Quests
Reputation System
hardcoe Mode
Companions

More advlt content
Multiple endings
Freedom to choose almost very faction
Weapons mods
Little to no level scaling

And best of all those huggable, lovable centaurs.
