2284. The city of Wynchester, now a grand city with large population. It is the largest city next to New Palino, and it has working cars, water, and a large mass of people. Even toilets and showers work. Everyone's happy and there are very little problems in the city. The only major problems of the city are gang violence and drug dealing, but that's all. But like every civilization, resources are needed.

Miners traveled miles south into a mountain range in search of coal and other materials. When they reached a suitable digging spot, they decided to uncover any resources below. What they found was something else. Buried under the rocks for years and years were heavy, heavy amounts of bacteria, and it spread a disease. The miners got a bit too curious, and when inspected the bacteria, the disease caught onto them. After hours of coughing blood and throwing up blood, the miners decided it would be best to hurry back to Wynchester for medical help.

The miner who caught the disease was extremely infected, and took on full abilities of the infection very soon. His mind began crumbling, and he no longer had a feeling of compassion, hate, love, or anything like that, and the disease rotted away everything he knew about. It made him go pychotic and canniballistic, and attacked the other miners in the vehicle. They survived, but became infected. They had no idea what they just contracted. They killed the insane miner, and when they returned to Wynchester, hell broke loose.

History: Randy was born in Wynchester and used to be a gangster from when he was thirteen to sixteen but left that life behind and joined the Wynchester Police Force at age twenty. Over the next seven years he has been serving in the Force and has grown a hatred for his past life and all the gangsters in the city.

Weaknesses: To young to be wise, so can rush into danger.

Strengths: Young and energetic, can keep with running or working for some time.

Job: Never had a career, went around the city for odd jobs.

Personality: Cheery most times, comedic, accurate with her rifle,

History: Rebbecca was born into a well off enough family, and had always had a good head on her shoulders. While her childhood was decent, it was her teen years that threw a wrench into things. She was involved in drugs and terrible people. That changed when she realized what an idiot she'd been. She was star runner in her track team, which is why she is a good runner. The fact of her personality is is the reason she never had a real job, but just did small things here and there. With this impending doom, will she finally begin to act right?

Appearance: Short dark brown hair(only goes as far as mid-upper-forehead), brown eyes, gaunt but round face, and pale-ish skin. 5'2 and 148 lbs.

Armor/Clothing: http://www.kalamazoocity.org/images/swat.jpg. When he's not at work with the SWAT team, he's dressed in dark blue jeans, a perfect fit, but not skinny. Years of wearing away made it softer than normal denim. A few holes in ankle and shin areas. Black zip-up jacket over black and white thin-striped shirt. Worn red high-tops.

Weaknesses: Has too much sympathy for gang members and drug addicts, hoping they'd change even though they won't. Never loves confronting danger.

Strengths: Although he might not like it, he will shoot you if need be. He's great at his job, and nobody could tell him othewise.

Job: Leader of the police's SWAT team, leads missions normally into drug busts or gang takedowns.

Personality: Very friendly and nice, has a very dark sense of humor, and likes to have friends around.

History: Born in Wynchester, his parents were drug addicts. His father sold and used Psycho, as with his mother who was addicted to cigarettes too. Taking note of his parents' actions around the age of fourteen, he figured out exactly what not to do in the future. Instead of following his parents' path, when he was seventeen he joined the police force as a rookie and worked his way into the SWAT team, and after years of dedication, he became the leader.

His mother died from lung cancer because of smoking too much when Matt was twenty three. His father is still alive, but is still heavily addicted and can't get off the drugs. He no longer sells, but it is extremely hard for him to not go an hour without psycho. Matt is doing all he can to turn his father's regretted life around, so he won't end up like mother. His father has majorly improved over the years, and has gotten a job at a local news print. Sadly though, he continues buying drugs.

Awesome. The SWAT team will have a major role because they are sent to investigate a vehicle just outside the city gate. The vehicle is still turned on, but it's crashed into a tree and the gate guards get worried. When we go in, we find out it was the miners' car because of the miner in the back who's got a huge bullethole in his forehead.

Biography: Born in Wynchester, Greg was one of the smarter kids, and he knew it. He was loyal to his friends though, and he didn't lie. He isn't a member of the Wynchester Police or Wynchester Military, instead his gear comes from old family heirlooms. His Laser Rifle and Pistol were presents on his 14th birthday, while his combat knife used to belong to a kid he got in a fight with named, "Tom Taylor," who tried to beat up Greg's girlfriend. Now he is back in Wynchester, ready to kill some of the living dead.

I see some major problems with this.. Combat armor is NOT allowed to civilians, not to mention laser rifle and laser pistol. The only way I'm allowing you to have those items are if you find them later on. And your history is incorrect, how could he be 'back to kill living dead' if no other part of America knows of the outbreak and it hasn't even happened yet?

If nobody makes a bio in 48 hours, this idea will have to be put to an end.

Eh, it sounded pretty good, but I always had my doubts. If this turns up not getting attention, you could always turn it into a FanFic? :shrug:
