I just brought a house and i saw that people could place items on the weapon racks i tried and it did not work anyone can help?

It didn't work for me in the Whiterun house (I'm on 360 if that matters). But it did work in quest reward house that I won't mention on the general board. That house had a working armor stand too.

It's currently bugged and doesn't work for some people.

also doesnt work for me, the racks or the red thing above the bed, i can take the weapons off but cant put them back

First you have to have the weapon equipped, then activate the weapon rack.It does seem kinda buggy, though, because I tried it with my woodaxe equipped and the woodaxe ended up in midair right in front of the door, so I just took the axe and left it outside the front door instead. Maybe there will be a patch to fix it later?

I found a solution to prevent this the glitch is if you enter the house without purchasing the upgrades that is when the glitch occurs i do not think this happens all the time but i tried this and it worked for me.

This is not just an Xbox issue. I think it happens on all platforms. A bit annoying.

Happened to me too. Bought the house in Markarth (beutiful home, btw. Looks more like a suite than a home) and none of the weapon reacks work. Kinada disapointed as now i have these red plaques in the armory with nothing on them...not to mention the wooden rack for swords is not working Dagger cases all work, though...
