I've seen this issue arise before and I've tried every method I could:

1. Ensuring login details are correct

2. Quitting the game and re entering

3. Hard rebooting my console

4. Unlinking my account

Nothing is working. It was working on Fallout 4, then I tried it on Skyrim and it didn't work. Then I went back to Fallout 4 and it didn't work there either. Not sure what to do.
