No way to pick up daedric boots made by the daedric altar, they don't appear in inventary.
For what quest and area is this in?
The white flask is consumed when used, perhaps on purpose but it doesn't make sense for it's supposed to be filled by endless liquid.
Wait 48 hours and it should say "White Phial has been filled", it just takes a while
Crimson nirnroots break the associated quest (A return to your roots), when i remove them from my inventory to stock them in my house, they're removed twice in the quest. For example, i removed my first 4 nirnroots, and the quest said -4/30, not 0/30... So now i'm certainly unable to finish this quest.
That is a bug and I will add it but Nirnroots respawn
In some places, it's impossible to summon creatures on the floor. Even the floor is broken ! (Oblivion realm in final azura star quest, some floors in blackreach etc.)
That is related to the Spell Absorption bug and is already added
Daggers are not upgraded with one handed weapons skill, so they're utterly useless, even in a backstab after lvl 20+

My fire atronach and dremora keep fighting each other. They don't even obey to their master ! (perhaps an issue linked to the resistance bug in the latest patch 1.2)
That is strange. What type of dremora and atronach? Lords, Thralls (permanent) or what?
It would be appreciated if the summon sword efficiency would scale to the player level after some level, for a standard daedric sword is quite efficient at start but totally useless when we have the same weapon or even glass/ebony upgraded with forge or enchanting... And this one costs no mana and lasts forever).
Are you saying that the summoned swords don't level up with the player? (Their damage is based on Conjuration Perks)
or that they are better then Daedric Swords and you would want normal weapons to scale with the player? (Which are tied to the one handed skill tree and perks)
