Haven't seen it on the Broken Quest section so i'll post it here.
Quest name : Arniel's Endeavor.
Third part of the quest,where you have to place the soul gem on Convectors to heat it up.

Problem : The quest fails to update when heating a convector with the flawed soul gem in it the second (and last) time.

Quest Name: Revealing the Unseen (Winterhold Mage College)

After completing the quest the next quest will not trigger and the Archmage's body will spawn outside. All NPCs will continue to walk around as if nothing happened.


UI/Camera Bug:

For some reason the 3rd person camera view is stuck directly over the character's shoulder unless I have a weapon out then the camera will zoom out then will return to it's previous annoyingly close over the shoulder view when weapons are sheathed. It's rather annoying since I don't like first person view and I prefer the zoomed out 3rd person view.

Hey everyone,

I haven't seen this one posted yet, so i'll add it. I found two problems with the small Khajiit camp just outside of Markarth:

1. Sometimes the tent, bed rolls, etc. that make up the camp are not there and the four Khajiit are just standing around. I can however still interact with them.

2. Sometimes there is nothing there. No camp and no Khajiit. It doesn't seem that they are invisible, because I ran around the small area hitting the A button and got nothing. It just seems like they disappeared.

I know it's not game-breaking, but I thought it should be brought up.

I'm experiencing a bug where the person on the Pirate ship won't talk to me preventing me from picking up the mage's package and My archery is permanently bugged where it will swap arrows out (you can see this too as it isn't smooth) as I launch them with arrows launched from a poorly pulled back bow. So basic they won't go full distance and it won't correct.

I've definitely had some lag issues, but they're really localized, and I think I've found the trend.

The only time I've EVER seen any lag, loading screens locking up, game crash, sound delays, and freezing, are when I'm entering or already in an area with Falmer. True, it's Nord tradition to blame everything on the Falmer but I'm almost positive it's actually them!

Saw major issues in the Mzinchaleft Depths, in the caves underneath that Lighthouse on the north shore, and in Alftand, all in the cells containing Falmer. I had to restart my console 4-5 times, and right now, I've tried to get into the Alftand Animonculory three times, with the loading screen freezing each time. I don't know what's in their coding, but the issue is localized around those damn elves. Hope this helps somebody figure out how to solve a problem.

On occasion, shouts don't work. The words are spoken, but no power happens. It's really annoying during battle...

Thieves Guild Questline is bugged. For example quest "Taking Care of Business" - Brynjolf is staying at his stall and making distraction while he should go to the Ragged Flagon. There is no way to fix it on Xbox (pickpocketing or attacking him doesn't work). Please fix it, because a lot of people are unable to do Thieves Guild Quests.

I want to continue farther in the campaign, but there’s a glitch that’s stopping me. I’m supposed to talk to Wulfgar to learn the last word of the shout "unrelenting force," but when I talk to him he just bows. There’s no word on the ground at all, there all in the circle and there not doing anything.

Don't know if it's been mentioned already, but I've found that post patch 1.2 my enchanted items are not working properly, by which I mean the effects work around half the time. It could be partially related to the magic resistance bug, but I've found that even enchantments like absorb health/magika/stamina aren't working either.

Duplicate NPC's outside Whiterun Stables. There is a guy outside Whiterun that has been duplicated. The guy was sticking half out of the road from the waist up. Some glitch that caused the guy to fall through the road and get stuck. I fast traveled away to some place then traveled back later in the game and the guy was duplicated, running around while his other version was stuck in the road. So I snuck up behind the guy stuck in the road, tried to assassinate him. Didn't work but it did knock him out of the road. Now there are two of them literally running around Whiterun stables. The NPC's name is Louis Lutresh.

Next glitch I am having is the game's frame rate is dropping severely causing minor freezes and also causing audio to not sync up with lip movement when speaking to NPC characters in the game.

These glitches are found in Patch 1.1 and I have not updated to 1.2 because of the problems from that patch. I will wait to patch when the next update comes out.

I had seen under the Thieves guild quest, that the larceny quests were bugged. I have some input on it...

I had collected some of the larceny items and turned them in. I fully completed the thieve's guild quest line and went back to find the remaining 4 I had not previously found. I gathered them all and it gave me the quest to turn them in. Once I got to Delvin to turn them in he had no dialogue for it and there also was no quest log of them either. I also noticed the 4 items I had were no longer marked as quest items and I could drop them from my inventory at my leisure.

Game breaking... no, but for the completionist feeling it was annoying, because I wanted to deck out my trophy wall. Either way the items can still be placed upon the shelf, but hopefully in the next couple of months it will be fixed. It just seems that once all the quest lines are over the game cancels out the quests and marks the larceny items as normal items.

Background sounds glitch:
constant Wind & Storm sounds despite location or weather,even, indoors.
Load or reboot dont make difference.

After encountering bandits in the Pale, I fast travel to Whiterun. My character has two arrows in her. I attempt several ways to fix this - I sleep, I save and restart the game, I change the apparel. Nothing works.

So, I decide to create a new character - a dark elf. After the dragon attacks, I follow Ralof into the keep. Then the game breaks. The dragon is frozen in mid-flight, the archers are firing into the sky, the soldiers in the courtyard are standing still, the Stormcloak soldiers are attending to the sick, and here I am bound and unable to do anything. Adding to the issues, Hadvar has disappeared.

I can't afford to buy a game with money I saved that is broken this badly.

At the Quest - Misc - -"Help Selveni Nethri escape the cave" from Southfringe Sanctum may not leave the cavern making the quest impossible to finish.

There's a way to complete this, use Unrelenting Force to push her out of the cave, thus completing the objective, worked for me.

Simply can't fight dragon anymore since the 1.2 update. The dragon won't come down, flies backwards or is in an instant from a to b. I want it fixed!!

After successfully eliminating the target in the Dark Brotherhood quest "To Kill An Empire," text appeared around my crosshair saying "To Skyrim," as if I was walking towards a door leading to Skyrim. The text won't go away, despite reloading my saves several times. Has anyone else had issues with non-disappearing text in this game?

The quest 'Talk to Greta into going to temple' is bugged. I talked to her, gave her the amulet of Telos off of her dead brother's body and the quest is still in my miscellaneous quest log. It won't go away.

Next bug, I got some mage armor from the Dark Brotherhood off of a shelf but I cannot disenchant it at a enchanting station. It's not stolen or marked stolen in my inventory so I should be able to disenchant it, but it's not letting me do so.

In fact I can't disenchant The thieves guild armor you get when you first join, either. Nor can I disenchant the armor from the Dark Brotherhood that Astrid gives you after you finish speaking to her when you first enter the Dark Brotherhood's hideout.

These issues are with patch 1.1 as again I refuse to update to 1.2 until the next patch rolls out to fix 1.2 problems.

College of Winterhold Quest: Alteration Ritual Spell

This quest will either send me to Volskygge or High Gate Ruins in order to retrieve the dagger: Kahvozein's Fang. I was sent to High Gate Ruins. The problem is that I have already cleared High Gate Ruins and I am unable to reach the final room, the one after Vokun's room.

I was able to reach this room when I did the "A Scroll for Anska" quest, but this time the gates behind Vokun's tomb refuse to open. I've searched the entire room thoroughly for a lever of some sort but have not found anything. If I recall, the gates automatically opened after Vokun died, but upon returning to this dungeon, the gates are closed and Vokun is already dead; preventing me from getting into the next room where Kahvozein's Fang is.

I'd appreciate it if this is looked into, as I'm unable to obtain my Master level Alteration spells. Thanks!

BUG: After finding the horn I needed and reunite in the Sleeping Giant Inn of Riverwood -main quest- with the person who had it, I could take everything for free there. (the message Steal in red didn't appear on any item) It might not be a bug, because I took almost everything with people watching me and they didn't call the guards, so the system was working fine. However, I also went to the Trader store of Rivenwood to sell some items just afterwards. There I was able to take different things -without the Steal word highlighted in red on them-. Camila and her brother saw me, took some gold coins, healing potions, etc, no problem at all. BUT!! some other items had the Steal warning on them. I then tried to open a chest with a Novice lock thinking they would be fine with that because I got some gold and potions for free, but they saw me and called the guards. I got arrested. -Fine : 5 coins.

After 1.2 the texture pop in on mountains and trees etc is really bad. Breaks the immersive feeling that i loved before the patch.

Minor but annoying glitch:
After I bought the porch furniture for proudspire manor, I can exit the house through the porch door, but can't enter through the porch door. It says I need the key, which, of course, I have.
Pounding on the door yelling "Wilma!" doesn't seem to help either.

Also, if you make your character too buff (high weight) and wear the ebony helmet, you can see your neck overlapping the part of the helmet that is supposed to cover your neck.
