Side mission bug

Spoke to vex to get a job, it did not activate anything so i spoke to her again, got another job
then both jobs popped up on my quest log, didnt realise at the time this was a bug and that I should only be able to have one quest from her at a time
continued to complete one quest, but could only turn in one, now I have a golden vase that I robbed and a quest to turn in but with no way to do so
She only gives me the option for more jobs and has no dialouge to finish the last.

I meant that ive tried other games besides Skyrim. I checked today, its not the disc, it works fine in other systems. If i try load it from MY save file it does not work. I deleted this save file and tried again and it still will not work. Dosent load (infinite load screen) or it freezes during load. I've tried multiple Skyrim discs as well and still nothing.
