..without being online? Okay, so my xbox simply cannot connect to xbox live. I have tried and tried for three months now and nothing works. It's possessed, this whole thing is evil, and I probably need an exorcist. I just don't want to have to have wasted money on all of these nice things just so that this evil demon of an xbox can haunt me and restrict me from my own personal belongings.

Okay, alright.. So I'm on the 360, does anyone have any suggestions? I downloaded all of the stuff on this profile and on this xbox. Please can someone help? As this is almost the equivalent of being robbed.

Also, on a different note, what happens if I delete my profile in the system settings? I have trouble with impulse sometimes, and I'd be thrilled if I knew that it did essentially nothing, that I could always re-upload it. One more thing, whenever I do get a connection, it immediately orders me to upgrade my security. I doubt I can even remember my email or password, and I don't have a phone right now.. Or anything to help with that?

You need at least a free Silver Membership to access DLC. Other than that, MS is plenty happy to take your money.

You need Gold Membership to play online.

If you by some mistake delete your account on your hard Drive, you can download your account (if you have an XBL Membership gold or silver). You can also recover your purchases though the "Download History." NOTE: THIS DOES NOT RECOVER SAVE GAME DATA!!! If you Delete your account, you delete you saves as well.

It's been like this for three months, I have tried and tried to connect it. I don't know anything about anything though, so I just unplug the router and plug it back in after thirty seconds, but it does nothing.

I'm on the third floor in the house, and it's a wireless connection. A wire could never make it's way up. I think it's disgusting that I need to be connected to the internet in order to access my own property.

Try bringing the console down to the Router, then do a hard wire. Other than that, it might be your wireless adapter being old, and worn out.
