So I have the PS3 and the Oblivion GOTY edition.

My mother has the XBOX360 and the GOTY edition but when we put in DISC2 to load the expansion it says that we need a hardrive. Does the XBOX360 lack an internal hardrive? REALLY? It saves her games as she plays them so I have to think that it does. I dont mess with the XBOX much personally because Im a Sony guy, so pardon the noobiness.

Some 360s come without a hard drive. Of the newer S models, one has 4GBs of internal flash memory for updates and game saves.

Microsoft also charges an extortionistic amount of money for their hard drives.

I grabbed the 4GB model because mom is a pretty casual gamer and I got an amazing package deal with it, figuring we could just upgrade the HD at a later time.

Today she went and got an HD but Ill be damned if I can install it...

XBox 360 vs 360s on the box it saws this HD only works for one of the two. Not sure if I have a 360 or 360s ... how does one know?

The 4GB model is a Slim (The s on 360s) so you want the slim HDD.
