ok, so what's the deal with 360 and PS3 versions? the game is not even released yet and we got a gang of PS3 fanboys who are saying that the PS3 will outperform the 360. is there anything to prove this? i even heard that Crytek is confirming that the ps3 will outshine the 360. i hope they know that stuff like this is going to KILL their 360 sales. from reading articles, i see that the only moral for EA and Crytek doing this is JUST to prove they can make a game with better graphics that can outperform the PS3's great title Uncharted 2, which i personally think is impossible. pathetic, to say the least.

i'm still going with the PC version though. it feels like a PC game. or i just might not get the game at all.

*PS, i think they put out a demo for 360 just butter up the 360 gamers to make up for the inferior graphics.

Alright first off im just going to say you're stupid they have not released any infrormation about ps3 accept 1 video and the 360 gets demos betas game plays screenys and everything. So you are wrong and also this games graphics are far superior to any other game on the consoles atm.

Someone leaked out the config files for the demo, and appearantly the config files for the ps3 are also included, and the ps3 config has a line that says:

r_PS3HalfResRendering=1


It could possibly mean that the PS3 runs in half the resolution. It could also be something else.
Anyways, both x360 and ps3 seem to run at medium settings, 1280x720 at 30 fps. Drawing distances seem to be the same.

Please note that this is info from the config files from the demo, and they could change.

Indeed, in the end the console version is basically the PC version with medium/low settings and will likely have less features such as the sandbox 3

There is no advantage to the console version if you can play it on PC, even if just on medium

actualy Crytek said they will use the PS3 to its full potentual, and we all know the PS3 has just a bit more hardware than the 360, so define that how you like
