Hi everyone

I first played Oblivion 4ish years ago and loved it, just today I have bought it again as I want to enjoy the experience all over again. However, I'm having a slight issue that I hope someone can shed some light on.

A little bit of into first - I'm currently living in Spain and therefore have a Spanish copy of the game, but all the dialogue and text is in English - some things however are in Spanish - it's a strange mix but the most important stuff is in English. I have some DLC installed which I originally bought when I lived in England (I assume that's not a problem), including Shivering Isles.

My problem is SOME NPCs don't have audio, there mouths don't even move and the subtitles go too fast for me to read, I have to pause the game to read them I really don't know why this is as it doesn't effect every NPC - it's very strange.

Any information you have would be greatly appreciated

More than likely a product of mixing english version dlc, with spanish version of the game.

Yes you were right, after uninstalling Shivering Isles, everything is now in Spanish - except the voices. Don't know why I didn't try that earlier - I guess I'll just reinstall that when I want to play it. Thanks - makes the game a little more difficult when reading something now but I guess it's good practice
