XBOX 360 Ultimate Edition DLC for PC?

I have Fallout: New Vegas Ultimate edition for the 360 and I have Fallout: New Vegas for PC. Is it possible by using flash drives or something to move the DLC from my console to my computer to play them?

No, you need to buy the DLC again.
