xbox 720 slated for realease by 2013

Post » Mon Jan 11, 2010 3:42 pm

yeah but that's one of those like $500 computers. I'm talking about a normal computer like most people have that can't have graphics as goos as an xbox.

fixed that for ya

I paid $750 for my computer, including monitor, mouse, keyboard, and speakers.

It runs circles around the 360. Many circles.

Like Salidin above me said, you can pay ~500+ for a computer that will blow current consoles out of the water.

I don't have the patience to read every response but I'd be disappointed if nobody mentioned the fact that PEOPLE HAVE ALREADY PAID FOR THE GAME ALREADY.

Even so that wouldn't be the first game that people pre-ordered but never came out. I can think of 1 example that it came out for console but never reached PC and was suppose to release the same day

Have you seen Crysis 1/Crysis Warhead in max settings? How about the Unigine DX11 Heaven benchmark program? Tessellation? Super sampling?

An average computer with a mid range video card will BLOW today's consoles out of the water and then some. It's simple fact.

Nope.

The 360 has the equivalent of a 7200 GPU in it, and a Tri Core CPU. 512MB's for RAM, with no dedicated video ram. That hardware is literally NOTHING to what is out there today for PC's. Yes. Even at $500-$1000.

then you my friend are not very keen on technology.. you can put a $50 video card in your PC such as a 8800 and run any game better then 360.. and what exactly is a "normal" computer to you? The ones you buy at Best Buy, Wal-mart, Dell, retailers in general are mostly overpriced and prolly only have $300 worth of hardware in them (CPU/Optical drive/MB/PS) and you can get a monitor cheap.

Crysis 2 on high on PC is like running Crysis 1 on medium settings.. on a 360 Crysis 1 couldn't even get that low

no its not, you only think it is because you never played a good graphics game due to playing on a console

A $300 computer isn't doing those things.

I daresay most gaming computers could run RDR had it been developed for PC. Try comparing a game created for both PC and Xbox and then see if you draw the same conclusions.

Top pic is 360, bottom is PC.

That is the difference. And Crysis 2 doesn't even look as good as the first one.

From newegg? $300-400 my CPU svcks its a 1.8 core duo

you can put a video card in every PC so the one your using right now you can get a 9600 and will give you actual good graphics games and beat both consoles with better FPS
