I've been playing Crysis both on the Xbox and the PC, I have found out that I can do better with a controller on both platforms. However, on the PC I tend to get higher kill streaks and score the most kills in almost every game.

Now how can this be? I thought you guys loved your keyboard / mouse setup? Wasn't it supposed to be superiour in every single possible way?

Since all I'm seeing is, that when I play on the Xbox, I get tougher opponents and I do worse, I still play good, but not as good as I play on the PC.

I'm practically destroying everyone in every game on the PC with my controller...

NO. I have not played the earlier Xbox demo, the only reason I got it in the first place was because the PC version didn't work, so my first experience on the demo was March 3rd, and soon afterwards I started playing on the PC when the servers started working again. So I dont really have a headstart on other players.

If anyone doesn't believe me, or wants to prove me wrong. We can go play a couple of matches online. You can see for yourself how it works out.

Aim assist On/Off doesn't really bother me, I'd rather play with off as when I'm sniping the Aim assist screws up the aiming.

That's the perfect example of what M+K can do. Accuracy is as good as moving pixel by pixel. Do that on a gamepad and ur teh man!

I think mouse-aiming in C2 is a bit more difficult than in C1 on purpose, at least without adjustments (correct me if I am wrong). That is why playing with controller feels better than in other games.

Try to master C1-campaign on medium or a higher difficulty with the joypad and you have proven something.

Also, ive searched for your name on the PC demo and it doesnt exist. In addition to this that picture was taken of a screen that is over 3000x2000 pixels which leads me to believe that its actually a television. Strange.. Why would you take a picture of a game you have clearly played on Xbox and try to pass it off as if you have played it on the PC with a controller?

I tried with both a controller with aim assist and M/K, i tend to do better with M/K but i guess its a matter of training and experience with each type.

Uhm, my camera takes 18mp pictures = 5184x3456 resolution... It has nothing to do with my monitors.
Look up "X71" as my PC tag, I had, and still have logon problems with this account.

Erm, I know it's offtopic, but C1 was piss-easy, even on Delta. The only things that ever gave you trouble were Scout swarms and the fact that you couldn't drive and shoot at the same time (Onslaught aside). Don't see anyone having much trouble with it, even using a controller.

Yes, you will be crushed. But not so much in crysis 2, where AIM ASSIST is doing the shooting, not you. Take a game with no AIM ASSIST that rewards shooting to the head (not like cod where 2 bullets in the fingers of the legs kills u) and you won't make a kill out of 100.

I removed the link and send you a private message... I couldn't find the forum rules anywhere so I'm not sure if posting gameplay of the single-player beta is allowed =/

Anyways, the aspect ratio is 3x1680x1050 (3 monitors) and the image will not be stretched out at all, everything I see on my side monitors are extra.

I'm horrible at shooters. And no, I didn't use a controller, which is why I said "I don't see anyone having trouble", as in "I doubt", not "I'm certain".
