I've finished a few RR quests, including all of the MILA quests for Tinker Tom.

I completed the Jackpot retrieval quest for PAM and, when I returned to RR HQ to turn it in, I found Carrington & Desdemona talking to PAM. I wasn't able to turn in the Jackpot quest to PAM without first accepting "Memory Interrupted". Now that I've accepted Memory Interrupted, I am unable to return to RR HQ without my game crashing. It doesn't matter what entrance I go to or whether I fast travel or walk.

If I don't accept Memory Interrupted, I can come and go as I please but I can't advance the RR storyline. It also prevents me from getting ballistic weave because that is the reward for the Jackpot quest.

Anyone is having this issue and, if so, have you found a solution?

Mine does the same but for Doamond City - even though I visited there early in the game. Now whenever I approach the City (from any direction, game crashes to main menu.
