Xbox Emulation

Post » Thu May 03, 2012 7:30 pm

I have MW for Xbox. I was wondering if it is permissible to use an Xbox emulator to play it on my PC and, if so, which one is recommended for it?

Thanks

The only legal way to play the game on PC is to buy a PC copy of the game.
Either a hard copy, or a downloadable version, like from Steam.

Well, an Xbox emulator isn't illegal per se (as long as you own a copy of the game and a bios image of the Xbox, extracted from your own unit, should it be required), as emulation itself isn't illegal as long the aformentioned are owned by you, the end user.

The problem is that there are no Xbox emulators for PC or any other systems that could play Morrowind, which is why you'd be better off playing the PC version with an Xbox controller for an equivalent experience.

I got the steam version when it went on sale. I'm not sure if I'll be able to move it over to my fast PC or if I'll be able to run the mods. I'm sure my internet PC is not fast enough to run the mods.
