First, let me apologize if this has been addressed. I did a search and nothing came up.

After my Xbox accepted the game code, it began its download. When I checked its progress about 10 minutes later, the game's installation was nowhere to be found except in "Storage" where it was marked "Skyrim...... Incomplete". Thinking that my router had knocked me off XBox Live, I did a systems test and all 3 segments came up as connected. When I clicked on the "Incomplete" box, the Xbox asked if I wanted to "delete"? Thinking I would lose whatever I had already instaled, and that's where I am at present. Can anyone help me out? Thanks!

Your only going to lose 10 minutes of downloading, just delete it and start over.

Thanks very much for that quick answer! About 10 minutes ago, I actually stumbled on Account Settings and it asked me if I wanted to try the download again, so I am now downloading the game a second time and it's at 4% (I understand it takes just under an hour). Again, thanks for the quick answer, and now I know not to be afraid of that "delete" button!
