I hope you're not actually entertaining the thought of this happening, because it won't.
- Skyrim and main entry TES games are singleplayer. That's how it always was, and that's how it's always going to be.
- Even if this weren't the case, they wouldn't spend the manpower and financial resources to tack on a multiplayer feature for a 4 1/2 year old game, that probably has half the active players it had at release.
- The Elder Scrolls: Online exists. Just because it didn't crush sales doesn't mean it's a bad game. (Well, I like it at least. I know.) It also didn't do BAD, it just didn't do fantastic. The games performance in the market is not even close to being in the zone where Bethesda/ZOS would consider dropping support.
