Right my question is will ZOS release a digital collector's edition available on Xbox One and will there be a digital pre-order???

Now I know that Microsoft controls their own store in terms of pre-orders and they are sensitive with regard to retail. I get that. But since they scrapped digital authentication and reverted back to disk swapping I am buying everything through the console directly. I don't mind going to a shop if there is a code in the box for the digital download. But I do mind disk swapping.

Has the first parties worked out any kind of details like this, or are us console digital buyers simply going to be excluded from pre-orders and LCE?

That's most likely a question for Microsoft, as you say that they control their own store.
