The thing is I don't want to swap disks this generation and like the PC style of install and activate with a code. Now most MMO's come with a one time use code which allows you to create a account and get your free first month of subs. Will ESO work this way on console? Once I insert my disk and install and use my code, do I still need to keep the blu-ray in the drive or can I remove and launch the game without it?

If I can do without disk swapping then I am happy to get the physical pre-order. However if not then I just hope the pre-order and CE digital items are available to purchase later on.
