I completed the Battle for Whiterun, and was told by Stone-Fist to go report to Ulfric. There is no dialogue option to report to Ulfric, but he is still my objective marker. I went back to Whiterun (which for some reason no longer had icons on my world map), and Jarl Balgruuf was still sitting in his throne, acting like the battle never happened. All the Whiterun guards have been replaced by Stormcloak soldiers.

I even tried to hunt down Stone-Fist at the Falkreath Stormcloak camp in an attempt to circumvent talking to Ulfric, but no luck.

Unfortunately, I haven't manually saved since I was level 2. Is this a game ending glitch?
