Doubt the pre-download would come this early. Will likely happen in the coming days before its release some time in November I would assume.

Would definitely save time in being stuck in the character creator for a good hour trying to create the perfect character. Those damn things will always get me in RPGs.

The game would normally go Gold at the same time as the PC specs are released

(about 3-4 weeks pre-launch)

So I'd expect we'd hear PC specs around 15-20 Oct

and be able to digital download from around 20-25 Oct
