I am playing Skyrim SE on Xbox One, and thoroughly enjoying the mod support. However, there are two specific mods that I really would love to ask a modder to consider creating, or attempting to create. Although, I have no idea where to go to make such a request. Is there a special forum? This is the only place I know of.

I am wanting to see a mod that adds HORSE ARMOR, as well as a mod that brings back the "Paper Doll" menu image as your character from Oblivion, where when you open up your menu, you can scroll to a page that shows your character (well, like in Oblivion).

All I want to do is make a request for these. Can someone just point me in the right direction, to a forum, or specific modder or modders to contact? Of course, I make Paypal Donations.
