Where's the "I play PS3 and PC" option?

I can pretty much tell you the results: PC will have most users here, followed by Xbox, then PS3. Lots of those PC users will also use Xbox. PS3 don't get much love at all but will have a dedicated following.

Problem with this topic? What does it have to do with Skyrim? It's not even saying which system will you play Skyrim on. Though there were a bunch of those already.

I have a PS3 and 360, but I only use my PS3. So i'll be getting Skyrim on PS3.

I play on all 3 of them.

I mostly use my 360 though, for Halo / Call of Duty / Gears etc..
My PS3 is used for Killzone and God of War.
On my Pc I play Fallout, Minecraft, Wolfenstein ET.

I'll be getting Skyrim for my xbox though.

I will be playing on the 360. Why because my PC will in most cases not play Skyrim. Also it is tradition now. Played Morrowind first on xbox. Played Oblvion first on the 360. Just thank God I don't need to buy a new console to play Skyrim. So it will be on the xbox as well since I like the controls better.

Yes I know I can put a 360 controller on the PC but it is still not the same. It is ever so slightly different. that I am so use to the Xbox, that is what I prefer now. Once I play the 250+ hours on the 360 that will be about 3 or 4 years from now, I will have a new PC then I will get Skyrim for PC to play with the mods then.

Unless my some miracle that Skyrim will run on my Laptop 2 dual core 2.0 ghz, at high settings, it will be the 360 only.

I don't like the PS3 controller so 360 all the way for me.

360 only for me. College kind of limits my budget, and my Laptop svcks for games. I could barely play Oblivion on it at lowest settings.

360 is my choice as I'm not sure that my PC will be able to run Skyrim and I don't want to have to deal with other things that annoy me about PC Gaming.

My computer runs Oblivion on high settings really really smoothely, so I'm hoping that it can run Skyrim well.
If not, then I'll get it for PS3.

PS3, i'm afraid that i could only run Skyrim on low settings which defeats the purpose of having it on PC(apart from Mods).

I will have it for the PC only.

I do not have any consoles.

I do not think that I could max Oblivion on my PC.

Hopefully with the following specs I hope I can run it adequately. (Obviously I know there have not been any hardware req info released yet)

Seems the majority has a Xbox followed by PC then PS3 , so I do not understand much the results that Todd said lik e 90 % of sales are on xbox , may be we need to wait a bit more still , anyway I will be getting probably a ps3 too for the blue ray , play the game on pc and mod it on pc , probably will get a xbox version to play on the superscreen , but I yet have to decide , personally my preference goes to PC couse I can increase texture beauty , modify it etc....

For the past 2 games I purchased them initially on the xbox and 360 and after a while installed them to my computer to experience the modding community. If the xbox accepts modifications for free, then I may not have to purchase the computer version as well.

No, but unfortunately we have very little access to raw sales data, and even when we do get hard numbers there's almost always a catch, like it doesn't include digital sales, or it's only from the launch week, or so on. What little data we do get hints at a fairly even split between the three platforms, but really we have nowhere near enough data to make anything more than a guess. Todd does, but "90%" is just too round a number, and the maths doesn't hold up, so I'm willing to bet it's an off-the-cuff "Majority of" statement, not an exact one.

Definitely. There's no way that pc and ps3 users only comprise 10%. I'm sure majority are on 360, but I'd love to know exactly how many play on each platform. I'll be playing on 360. Cheap and easy. I only hope we can one day get mods.
