Xbox Refunds and Free Apps...

I feel http://www.theverge.com/2014/5/14/5717360/microsoft-offers-xbox-live-refunds-after-making-netflix-free might be a good read for everyone.

What are your thoughts on Microsoft doing this?

About time. I can't believe they would charge you pretty much $60 a year to watch Netflix when tjat has a fee of its own. PS3/PS4 has never charged you for those.

No, not really. Smart would have been to have never put this stupidity in place in the first place...

They threw [censored] at the wall and hoped it'd stick, but it didn't. It just slid down making a huge mess. It's stupidity like this that has made me have no interest in M$ consoles ever again.

Just my opinion of course.

I guess they couldn't market the One as an entertainment device while making people pay an extra subscription on top of their streaming service subscriptions.

Classy of them, brings them closer to the PSN/PS+ services in parity. Still a few steps behind.
