Not without creating a new character. At least, that's what happened to me. All of my save files? [censored]. Completely [censored].

I can start a new game with no problem though. Well, no problem as far as the system goes. HUGE problem where my sanity is concerned.

I have a char thats like level 5 that can play as i said in the other topic i think it may be something to do with having finished DM cause i havnt even gone near it and i can still play that char altho the quest still comes up so i dont know for sure

I'd like to download it and try it out, but after seeing all the complaints I'm afraid of screwing up my game saves... I don't feel like starting another character all over again at this moment.

im sure its something they can fix but then again i wouldnt download it just yet theres no rush but if i have to start again im gonna snap my disk in half

i can play after patch. there was a message, when i loaded a save, saying some items might not be available. i deleted, and re-downloaded dead money just in case. nothing seems to be missing out of courier's inventory, including items from "classic pack". game seems to run fine, so far. message about missing items no longer appears.

don't do that! you can prob get 4 bucks for it at gamestop.lol...i downloaded patch (i'm in the US) and everything is fine.

ok so i downloaded dm and cp on top of patch no go uninstalled them all and the downloaded no go so in other words STUFFED.....
not that im gonna complain yet since im not playing it atm but if i have to start again im gonna scream

Classic pack= weathered 10mm pistol, armoured vault suit, vault canteen you get it at the start of the game if you preordered it there are other packs cant remember whats in them tho

Classic Pack was a pre-order DLC from Gamestop that gave you a Vault 13 armoured suit, Weathered 10mm and Canteen. There were 3 other pre-order DLC (Mercenary Pack, Tribal Pack and Caravan Pack). Also Googling "Classic Pack New Vegas" goes a long way.

if you look in your download history you can get the classic pack back that way im sure thats the only way as well....

as for what you said im in total agreement with you until people on xbox say this is fixed dont even think about updating it

i think you had to have reserved the game, to recieve classic pack at release. i could be wrong, it's been awhile, i'm sure someone here knows for sure. it includes, vault 13 canteen, vlt 13 jumpsuit, and some "one of a kind" 10mm(i think) handgun. you're not missing much if you don't have it, unless you're playing on hard-core mode. the canteen prob helps with dehydration.

A bit hypocritical. You are on a forum of another evil organization that likes to torture with the psyche of their customers by releasing games and patches that don't work.

Also there is Yahoo and Bing (but Bing is Microsoft another evil organization).

I down loaded the patch for Xbox and everything works fine. I still have everything from Dead Money and everything from my Classic Pack. I am able to reload my saves (glad because my guy is a level 35 beast).

Just downloaded the new patch and now i can't load any of my saved games, i got a message: "This save game relies on down loadable content that is no longer available. some objects may be no longer available.
and then the game freezes, i have uninstalled and reinstalled DLC twice and still get the same thing. How do i fix this?

I downloaded the new patch and I have Dead Money and Classic Pack (haven't done any delete redownload thing)

I did get the message about missing items, but from what I can see on the character I checked, that has finished DM, I still have my items from DM and CP.
