Yay! Fallout 4!

I just have to say I'm really hyped for the new fallout. I believe it absolutely went above and beyond anyone's expectations. The main reason I feel that it did this though is because I'm almost positive that people were really only looking for an upgraded Fallout 3. I mean, most people I remember looking at were saying that they essentially only wanted a Fallout 3 in a different setting (slightly), with some more guns/armor and creatures, better graphics, and maybe some new game play elements. But essentially, Fallout 3 with updated graphics with some new stuff here or there.
FIRST OPINIONS FROM ME: But did you see the stuff their adding? That new crafting system with countless and mind boggling gun modifications and being able to make your own communities from scrap you can interact with in the game world itself, from items that used to be absolutely worthless? And then of course vehicles, like the VTOL. And not to mention that rehauled power armor. If anyone says that it looks just like Fallout 3, (which I did see as one of the comments) screw you, it is clearly different with way more options and a map that is 3X BIGGER THAN SKYRIM. (hey, it may not be absolutely 100% confirmed, but a whole lot of people are saying it without one contradictory outcry from Bethesda)
Many people say this will make for an empty world, but not only do I have confidence in Bethesda to make it work, I say the more the merrier. You can always add more content to a world easily, but making more to the physical map after seeing it may be too small is much more of a challenge. Also, with mods that may add a ****load of content to add on to the massive pile Bethesda has already, (my mind already hurts from the possibilities) they may need room to implement their mods. And worse case scenario; Worthless space is still space, lost space is space never even given a chance, especially when you can use it to add atmosphere. Fallout's good in the case that if it feels desolate and barren, it does take place after a nuclear war. Unlike, say, Skyrim or Oblivion, where there is no reason for massive areas of waste.
As for the voice acting, I find that this is my most personal issue in the game right now, and even then it's eh. People are worrying about the new dialogue system, but for me Fallout was never really about the dialogue aside from speech checks or what have you. I really don't mind if my character talks, I think it adds immersion, because for me, unlike many others, I never play a game as "me," I always use my own made up characters that I have personally made, and I never give much thought to how they sound, so it always works. Also, I'm positive that there will be an in game option to turn off the spoken dialogue if you must, or at the very least there will be a mod for it. It's pretty easy to make interactive lines of text to choose from rather than voices, so they should be able to make it like the other games if you want.
And finally my biggest concern in a sense is the graphics. And NO, not in the way you think. I think the compressed youtube videos are ruining peoples outlooks on the game, before it's even out. So many people are whining about the graphics yet don't take in to account youtube and video compression. Me, on the other hand, liked even the compressed version, and after seeing the uncompressed version, I find the graphics more than acceptable for this day and age. Sure, it's no Star Citizen, but it is NOT Fallout 3 graphics. People who say that have eye problems.
Either way the main issue in a Fallout game is the animation of characters. They seem to not actually walk in the world: their very stiff, seem to float above the ground, and overall feel separate from the world itself, and not as in human from earth, but a character that feels on a metaphysical plane of existence above a physical world. It's Fallout so I can easily live with it, but not only did Fallout 4 at a glance seem to fix the animations, but they did on top of that improve the quality overall. And I'm not even one of those people who say the game play will make up for it; (because i am kinda a graphics hog, but I do value game play more than graphics) I am saying right now that the graphics themselves look perfectly fine and the game play will make me pass out from unprecedented awesomeness.
My only issue that I can't comment on is the way skills will work. I like that they kept attributes unlike in skyrim, but I don't know how skills work. I hope they keep it more or less the way it was. And finally my last thing to say about it so far is that I hope they have a hardcoe mode like in New Vegas. Sure it wasn't the most interactive and dynamic survival mechanic, but it was a really good mode considering it worked merely on timers with basic stat debuffs over time. Also, it is one of the few survival modes that made it so you did have to eat, sleep, AND drink: END OF GAME OPINIONS.
Either way, I want to see what you people think about the new game and what are some things you want to see implemented. I'll share my want right now:
I want to be able to find a old revolutionary war outfit and a tricorn hat and go around with a laser musket (which they have shown the musket already sorta) and spread old world freedom around the barren wasteland.

Heh, thanks. I have already been on several other game forums so I'm not completely new to the forum scene.

Ah, the Fishy Stick. The age-old tradition to completely confuse newcomers. Good times.
