So like the title states ive have a bug?

im currently lvl25 and this started 2 lvls ago.

Everything looks yellowish and some times i cant see for 5 yards because of the yellow, very bright fog.

Another effect is that the items i have tagged for search light up with yellow (again) tracing around it.

My other toon has no such problems.

I have taken screenshots but got no clue how to show them

Anybody else has this problem? If so, did you fixed it? and how?

It sounds like the effects of the radiation storms that occasionally blow in... but yours don't go away?

yes its permanent. it also kinda looks like when u enter buildmode.
