Get BOSS and sort your LO ASAP, it's all out of whack.

What version of MMM are you using?

http://www.tesnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=20516

Download it, stick it into your Data folder, run the update masterlist.BAT file, and read the BOSSlog when you're done.

Your copy of MMM is out of date. http://www.gamesas.com/index.php?showtopic=1116296 Read the instructions very carefully when installing it, as there are several major changes that have taken place.

You have Oblivion.esm loading after all other ESM's. That's bad. The yellow exclamation marks you see are missing meshes. A mod you installed has missing resources. Did you register Frans bsa's in the Oblivion.ini?

^^^

Expanding on that, you need to add the two BSAs for Fran's mod to the sArchiveList in the Oblivion.INI (NOT the Oblivion_Default.INI, never modify that one). Make sure you have at the end of the sArchiveList line:

fraNewItems.BSA, fraNewCrea.BSA

don't know malonn, still i don't understand why is all so complex,i follow a guide that give the name of the mod but don't talk of this technical things like...you know if exist another guide that explain all step by step, even the most useless step so even a noob can play a good oblivion? :\

Thomas the latest version require a clean installation of oblivion, nothing from the previous version of MMM...but i don't know how to remove all the stuff added from MMM old version... :(

1. Load your latest savegame, open the console, type COC Testinghall and save again.

2. Deactivate all of the mods components and rebuild your Bashed patch to remove those mods from it.

3. Load your last savegame, ignore the warning that content is missing.

4. Wait for a total of 4 24 hour periods in game using the wait function (do not skip this step, it is very necessary).

5. Save your game in a new slot, then type COC Weye to return to the game world.

This procedure is called a clean save, where you are basically removing a mod's records from your save game. The large amount of wait time is needed in order to make the game reset the spawn points in the cells, and moving to the testing hall ensures that every cell in the regular game world has its data reset.

EDIT: Yes, please do read TESIVPOSItive. As for installation instructions, the best place to look for individual mods are their support threads in these forums.

Thank you guys...but simple i can't read a bible in english (i am italian) to play a game...i was hoping there was something like a guide that explain step by step how to put the mods in orded to make all working good, even if i don't understand what i was doing! ...i don't want learn all the stuff from that link only to be able to play a good version of oblivion(most becouse i have not a good english,i can easily follow a guide step by step but to learn the thing that is written on that guide take me to read it 6 times),is insane & i am too much frustrated for have lose a day downloading & installing mod to discover that i was all wasted time x_x

Thomas,if i have understand right those steps are needed to clean the save?is not a problem, that save was 4 minute of game,i do a rapid run trough the tutorial to see if all work so i think is more easy to start a new game x_x

so...if this guide not exist...no problem i play something else(better to lose 5 days to play a game :\),but thank you guys for the help & sorry for the disturb ^_^ u_u

I'd start out with much fewer mods if I were you. Focus on getting MMM and Fran's up and running first, for example. You can always add mods afterwards.

Have you ever played Oblivion before? If not, then you should play without any mods at all. You can load the Unofficial patches if you want, but if you've never played before you really should try it just once without any mods.

Yes, that's very good advice. One of the big mistakes that people new to mods make is tossing in a bunch of things at once. Take it slow and make sure that each mod is working properly before you add the next one. If you add a bunch of mods all at once, it becomes a nightmare trying to figure out which one may be causing problems for you.
