I thought House was the best ending for the Mojave. I didn't like the legion for obvious reasons. I didn't like the NCR because I thought they would use the Mojave for own personal games and strip it of its resources. The only problem I had of Mr. House was him telling me to do a certain thing to an organization. I wouldn't want the Yes Man ruling because he is a robot. Plus I don't know what he is going to be like after his upgrade. I also don't like the idea of the Courier ruling the Mojave.
Depending on the type of Courier you were, it could be good or bad. I thought Mr. House was committed to seeing Vegas prosper along with the Mojave. I thought he was the best option for the future.
Well, this is mostly about comparing NCR and the Yes Man endings.
In the case of Mister House, I don't think it's a good thing to have a dictator who rules by fiat. Which is pretty much Mister House, even if he knows what he's doing.
No, he's not abusive but he's controlling.
I think it goes this way:
NCR: Good House: Neutral Legion: Evil
With the Courier being the MOST good or MOST evil ending.
I think Yes Man being more assertive is a good thing. Him being assertive would prevent him from being a "Yes Man". Remember how you just walked in Benny's room and he sided with you? Yeah, bad idea to have that HUGE liability around! While you are off doing Wild Card:Side Bets, somebody could have accessed Yes Man and tried to dispose of you, the way you did to Benny.
