I wanted to test to see if I could get the y-17 trauma harnesses to respawn, and I found out that they do. It seems that it's only limited to outdoor areas, but I found a spot where 5 of them spawn, and they spawned 10 times in a row, so I think it's safe to assume that they'll keep respawning. Also, this was AFTER beating Old World Blues.

Basically, the spot is just behind the quick-travel point for the X-7a "Left Field" Artillery Launch. You just turn around and walk along the outside of the left fence. 2 will usually spawn right there next to the cliffs and the corner of the fence. Another usually spawns at the opposite end of the site, inside the site. The remaining 2 are more fickle and spawn anywhere along the downward slop or lower area (Be warned, Lobotomites spawn down there as well). Basically, stay near the site, and you'll find them. In my 10 tries, these are the items I got them to drop:

Where do these things spawn so I can never have to go near them ever again?

Seems to be limited to the Southwest corner of the map. I never see them anywhere else.

Well good, I don't need these things [censored] stuff up; might watch this thread in-case anyone posts more spawning enemies.

I always see them in between Hexagonal spires having it out with a nightstalker or lobotomite. They also spawn near where you go and get the X-2 Antennae near the Higg's Village.

the K9000 was part of a quest as well as a boss and therefore does not respawn...sadly.

Excellent. Because I killed all the van graffs.

The whole trama overide harness deal is just badass. I wish there were more of them.

the meteorological research stations roof has a spawning zone for them.

How long did you wait in-between spawns?

Exactly 3 Days. I killed them, took the loot, then fast-traveled to the SINK balcony and waited three 24 hour lengths. Then I just fast-traveled back to the site. Sometimes you have to get close to one of the spawn locations and/or wait for them to actually spawn.
