honestly i doubt it BUT some one did tweet pete and he said it looks like it was wrote by someone who hasnt played the game but he didnt say yes they were in or no they arent so one thing is for sure bethesda likes to [censored] with us forum people :sadvaultboy:

After reading the article I am not convinced yet. It is contradictory to mainstream sources, and is not coming from the developers.
