So I started playing the DB questline and i must say I reallly am enjoying it. Up until the part where I am supposed to read a wall kill a seeker or 2 then ride a dragon. wall has been read, seekers have been killed, but alas....no dragon shows up. I have the three words, but only the first is lit up. My quest says unlock bend will. I have it unlocked but not mind/dragon. please tell me there is something I can do to fix this without restarting the questline.

You have to unlock the full shout (all three words) to proceed in the quest "At the Summit of Apocrypha". You say you haven't unlocked the dragon or mind parts of the shout and I would guess that is most likely your problem. From what I've read the dragon should show up once you unlock the full shout. If you don't have enough dragon souls to unlock all three words, you may have to come back when you do. You should be able to exit back to Solsteim by reading the Black Book again if this is the case.
