Yes, and from the moderator's posts, I was led to believe a fix was gonna be put out today.

Maybe im wrong but from what ive been reading there may be a fix for it but microsoft has to authorize it before its put out and im not sure how long that takes..... but then again im not a big video game user so i could be completely wrong in this statement... i just know my game doesnt work after i downloaded the patch... and will continue to wait till a new one is available

i can not load my old save with this perk,but when i made a new character,walkde out good spring doctor house,the dead money dlc added successfully and showing that game level raised to 35.so ,you can play a new game ,as i planed,extremely not friendly though~~
