You can. But your name is changed to Michael Corvin, and you turn blue with black eyes.

Spoiler
You cannot become a vampire through the companions' quest lines. As far as I'm aware you're not sent to kill any vampires as part of their quests unless it is a radiant AI thing; I've completed their main quest line already. You cannot become a vampire while you're a werewolf, however you will get an opportunity to cure yourself of lycanthropy at the end of the quest line.

You can do both, just not simultaniously. Lycanthropes are immune to disease, and Vamprism is a disease. If you become a Werewolf, while being a Vampire, Vamprism is cured.

okay thanks guys I just wanted to complete the companion stuff and wanted to make sure. I like the vampire role in oblivion so I didn't want to ruin my chance to become one in this game.

It may be possible. Though i think it would be a glitch. In my game I am a werewolf, 80 days as one. I am in MAraketh shortly after finishing a quest where i killed vamps. So I am talking to the jarl and the sun is setting. Suddenly I see a message that says something like as the sun sets you suddenly feel a strange thrist or words to that effect. This was a bit strange so I looked at my active effects and low and behold I have the vampire diease, I was stunned since I didnt want to be a vamp plus I didnt think I could get it as I was a werewolf. I tried changing into my wolf form to see if it changed anything but it didnt. I then quickly went and got a cure diease potion and got rid of it but still it was quite odd. looking back I should have made a save and then gone back and just wait like 3 days to see what happens but i didnt. So it may be a possiblity,

It isn't possible because Werewolves are immune to diseases and Vampirism is a disease..

I kinda like being an Werewolf, but sometimes i feel like the Ex-Leader of the Companions i think he is called Kodak ? Anyway, sometimes i feel like him, wanting to cure the "disease" of being an Werewolf so i'll be able to go to the mists of Sovngard ..
Yes, i like to RP my character a little bit. ;D

Glitch maybe ?

I'm just saying what is logical, one of the "abilities" of being a Werewolf is that you are 100% immune to diseases. Go to the TES Wiki.

I just finished the companion quest line and am now their leader....but before I was turned I was doing a quest and some hunter randomly ran up to me in the woods and said she was attached by a vampire and marked it on my map. She then asked if I could cure it and ran off.
