if ghosts were real in all these thousands of years of life.. i think thered be some more community type haunting going on... like... ghost towns... where ghosts gather...

Ghosts aren't the dead, clearly they're a glitch in the Matrix, with garbage data still floating around in the server banks that the being exists. Fact.

For the most part I agree though IMHO there are different types of ghosts

a lot of them do seem to be of the "environmental imprint" variety though it does seem there are those that to try to interact with the living as well
