I am stuck on the quest "you can depend on me." I am trying to give dr. Hildern the crimson caravan invoice and there is no dialogue option that let's me do that. Any suggestions???

No idea. Need a lot more information than that.

Like which system you are playing on, if you've had other quests with those NPCs, which part of the quest you are on (i.e. what you have done already) and so on. That quest had no issues for me. You might want to check out the fallout wikia because they talk about quest related bugs and how to handle htem.

Which system is the most important by far, btw.
