You can pick 1 NPC to return from any previous FO, who is it? Why?

Mine is Moira. I found her personality very quirky and quite enjoyable. She is probably the most memorable person from FO3 and despite her seemingly high interest in getting you killed she was so happy and fun about how he did it she was hard to hate.

Hell, not only would I like her back, but back as a companion.

Marcus. Sure he'd have some interesting stories to share.

It's unlikely but I'd like to see Harold find a way to escape his tree prison and make his way to the commonwealth wasteland. If he can't be there though, I would definetly settle for seeing Fawkes return in some capacity not as a companion but perhaps leading a group of peaceful Supermutants on an exodus from the Capitol Wasteland.

Fawkes or Marcus definitely, I also think seeing Moira and Dr.li would also be cool.

Alas, Myron died at the hands of a jet-head, and Goris is probably dead of old age. I don't think deathclaws, even the sentient ones, had a lifespan as long as humans.

Desmond Lockheart for sure. Actually an extremely interesting and enjoyable character, and seeing him in Boston is not only not far-fetched, but likely.

Second this^^. If Moira shows up, I'm shooting her in the face, she annoyed me. I do however want to know more about the Rangers, and get some cool Reilly's Ranger combat armor. I preferred this armor over power armor in FO3.
