This drives me crazy. Often I search the area completely and can't find anything. Sometimes its crabs or slaughterfish who are simply not going to bother me 20 feet up a cliff from them. I saw the slaughtfish don't attack mod but since I use realistic predators it seems that doesn't help. In Oblivion there was an override mod. Does any such thing exist for Skyrim. My nerves would be very grateful. Some way to even just cut down the radius would help.

But, it sounds like you have two mods that modify the same thing in the game, so you need to resolve the conflict between them.
