Liam Neeson and Sean Bean. (I know they have been in Fallout 3 and Oblivion but I just love them.)

Otherwise, maybe Samuel L. Jacksson for the kicks? (Where he fends off snakes in a cave, which he is utterly tired of) Charlie Sheen the Skooma addict. Harrison Ford as a random encounter adventurer.

And last but not least, Todd Howard as anything. (Btw did he have a test Npc in Oblivion that he voiced that one could only reach via console commands?)

Yeah this. Sean Bean, Patric Stewart, & Liam Neeson did soooooo good delivering their character.

If you could add 1 voice actor/character resembling him/her (looks/behavior/mannerisms/etc) to Skyrim's arsenal who would it be?

For me, I would say Will Forte or Zach Galifianakis

But yeah, I'm curious who others would choose to be in Skyrim.

I enjoyed hearing Felicia Day's voice in New Vegas.
