Failing that, I'd like Stephan Colbert to be at the bottom of an extremely long, isolated, tedious dungeon which it's difficult for even a very high level character to complete. Once you've found him, he gives commentary on the rest of you're playthrough as a sort of non-action companion.

Though technically any of the bigger names in (dubbed) anime would do it for me. Ed Blaylock, Laura Bailey, Travis Willingham... all good, some with more range than others, but I'd definitely enjoy seeing hearing them in-game.
