If you could choose the next province of the elder scrolls g

As a semi-joke, I'd make the setting Orsinium. Oh, what fun that would be. "How many fantasy conventions can we break" would be my moto.

Elsweyr most likely. It seems like a cool area, what with the roaming tribes... and the skooma. The mane is probably the coolest sounding leader of all Tamriel. He reminds me of a Rastafarian.

yes well i also would like elsweyr due to the fact they just split from the empire. Both black marsh and elsweyr are rebels right now and the beast races are finally fighting the man!!!! :gun:

Of course i think bethesda is choosing skyrim instead because the provinces wouldn't allow many outsiders

Probably black marsh for the survivor element alone and argonians are one of my favorite races to roleplay as.

I know! The book is setting up for something major down the road. The empire may be starting to rebuild, but once it is on its feet again, it's going to try and regain those lost territories. Not to mention it is going to have to be done without the aid of the divines, some guy making love to a hillock, or a giant stompy robot.

What we got here, for the first time in Cyrodiilic history, is someone trying to rebuild the empire, but without aid of divine intervention or blessings from the divine. We have here an ex-bandit person becoming a warlord to the freaking emperor of Cyrodiil with his own hands.

Yes i also enjoy what bethesda is doing. Unlike the other games they actually killed uriel septim. It was talked about in many other games yet it never actually happened, now everyones worst fears throughout the game have finally come true!!!!! :obliviongate:

I choose the Mighty Kingdom of Argonia. In Black Marsh, the forests, swamps, and there is a few plains. Some cities are completely underwater, and there's no proof that Argonians can create gravity fields to hold themselves down easily on the water surface, like BURDEN!:D I just want to explore the dark swamps, jungles, and bloody war zones in northern Black Marsh due to Dunmer and Argonian battles. Argonians who actually live in Black Marsh have very unique attributes, and magical skills, maybe. What you see in Black Wood is only a fraction of whats in Black Marsh.

Black Marsh would be horrid though. You couldn't walk 5ft. in the wild without contracting some horrible disease that would drop your encumbrance to 0.

i think the idea of underwater cities is awsome. It reminds me somewhat of the underwater cities of Naboo in star wars.

Too bad
Spoiler
it is now completely lawless, skooma is regulated by local warlords (as in, roaming clans can't have it, and sellers need permits and stores to sell it. Not to mention the amount is restricted). Oh, and the Mane was assassinated.

Read the book. Best source for current Elsweyr activities.

The current lawlessness is a big reason why I like it so much. Too bad it wont stay like that long enough for a game to be set there. :(

The land would be just like Cyrodiil was shown in Oblivion, just with excitable green people living there in old breton buildings.

I recon a big swamp like Black Marsh would be great for a new game, with lots of detail and swampy stuff.

Summerset Isles. I want to play in a city that is as if "made from glass or insect wings.... a hypnotic swirl of ramparts and impossibly high towers, designed to catch the light of the sun and break it to its component colors, which lies draqed across its stones until you are thankful for nightfall." I want to be spoken to in "spell-words that enchant one to a satisfied madness."

I couldn't agree more. I would love to see the Summerset Isles.

I voted for Valenwood. I got cheated out of my jungle in TES IV, so I'm still waiting for my impressive forest.

That didn't stop them from making Morrowind.

My first choice is Skyrim as I think the terrain and culture sounds awesome. But barring that, the Isle sounds pretty cool. I don't know if the current tech is able to properly envision it yet though. I'd love to play a game where I'm mainly fighting snobbish high elves.

I chose new one but i realised i dont have time for think about new province and i d'like to play in.. Morrowind and 2 Moons, where we can go by ship =D
Astrology & Astronomy is very well known by the races of elder scrolls and that cant be problem to fly to the sky and higher. They know what moon can give them but the dont know what is liveing there.. If anything does(?) Your hero is famous and know a lot about fight, peace he is greate for that mission.. Flying to the moon.. Think about the quests you must done they could be very interesting.
The quest could be more politicial.Coz life is Mundi Theater a nd everybody wants get something from that BIG EVENT.

Without Skyrim, I have to go with Summerset Isle, with Black Marsh coming in right behind. I don't particularly fancy being stuck on an island with a bunch of Altmer, who would probably be really stuck-up, but it seems like an interesting place.

I do want Skyrim first though. :P

Summerset Isles. It's one of the more unique provinces out there, with cities made out of dragonfly wings and giant living cephalopods..
