Maybe have M'Aiq in the grave and when you talk to some random dude in the graveyard he says "M'Aiq cannot die" and he gets out of his grave and you get a storyline?
Anyways: Ruins of an Oblivion gate at the Skyrim - Cyrodiil Border? You know nobody cleaned that mess up!
Oh and I would like to see ONE GUY with a crossbow, gun ,grenade and a helmet that looks like a cliffracers head. PLUS you can't kill him. Would be really annoying.

Would have a sort of trap-type area in a cave and you have no choice but to fail it patheticly, and after you're past it, the guy that is there in your path who saw what happened will say, "I heard a rumor that your an idiot. Any truth to that?" while you're walking past him. (And if you talk to him yourself, his only talk option is 'Rumors')

The dialogue options all have changed. But maybe have this guy with the Oblivion one? Would be a major easter egg.
