Have you ever wanted to have a follower with certain skills and abilities, but the one that fit those were in the wrong faction? If you could create a follower and even control their S.P.E.C.I.A.L. what would they be?
would this be a good feature for Fallout 4, and if so how far should the customization go?

Mine would be an Enclave supporter with a high guns skill, the spotter perk, a sniper rifle of some sort with a smg sidearm, recon, or stealth, armor, and a interesting story (in the making).

Lastly I am new to forums so if I'm doing this completely wrong please let me know without being rude.
