Almost only counts in horse shoes and hand grenades Mako.

That armour on them is from some NCR heavy troopers. If they killed that many bos we would know it. In lore a western bos guy would slap a Centurion back to the year 2 AD.

I got bos down at the dam, and the part they were defending cl never even made it out of the door. They opened the door and it was lights out ashes and bodies.

Exactly, they should put up a better fight, lore says they are strong enough to be the main "bad guys", so gameplay should SHOW that, that is what i am saying,

But what are the main bad guys to begin with it? Caesar Legion?, House?, Yes Man? even the NCR itself?

Caesars Legion is a darker shade of gray than all the others, this is pretty commonly accepted.

I would join the Boomers for sure. A lot of them were really pleasant and I could see myself fitting in comfortably. Not to mention their firepower. Plus they managed to seclude themselves from conflict for quite some time.

Well, that would be NCR, the Legion does a much better job protecting its people, and they wont hurt you if you dont fight back.

I'd probably join the Followers, out of all of them. Caesar's is too [censored]ish for me, NCR is far too bloated and bureaucratic, and the Brotherhood is just a bunch of douchebags. The Followers are easily the most regular out of the bunch.

Legionaries only recruit babies or young boys, when you reach a certain age, you are made a slave and not sent to war, because they like their Legionaries good and brainwashed. I'd rather be in the NCR Army, but i would rather have Legion training, Legionaries are trained for years from the day they can stand, like the Spartans, while NCR grabs any shmuck and gives him two weeks of poor training, a crappy gun and sends him on his way.

Lanius... was special. And, they didnt slaughter Lanius's tribe, they beat them, and had slaves, but Lanius, after accepting to become Caesars Legate, requested to be permitted to kill all the surviving males of his tribe, so he did.

And they did not take over Nipton or Nelson, they attacked them, that was an act of war, not expansion.

*Sigh* I never said that i do, but at least I can recognize the pros of the Legion. You seem extremely overly biased against the Legion, I can understand hating them, i hate them, but i am not that damn stuck up about it that i cant stand to see anything good about them.

I like the Legion just for the fact they exist. They may not be the end result we need, but currently, they fit somewhat. Who else is going to deal with troublesome gangs(Powder Gangers, ie Nipton) Who else is going to turn wasteland tribals into refined young men? Almost reminds me of the Enclave. What were the end results of the Enclave? The freakin' Remnants, a new and improved Rex, etc. I think after CL disbands, there will be quite a few good people leaving it. People who build a better future for all! Almost reminds me of the Roman Empire. Their influence still affects us today!

This cements that you are completely ignorant of the lore of the Legion, you only care about your bias against them, you ignore everything else, and your say is worth that much less. If you cant recognize and concede opposition to your position, you become a detriment to your position. In other words, you make Pro-NCR people look bad.

Like Mako said legionaries are basiclly spartans, they dont do anything but eat train and sleep from the second they can walk.

The only thing "poorly done" about the Legion is that there isn't enough content about them. You think people like the Legion just because they run melee weapons and they are based on an actual group of people? It runs a little deeper than that, man. I don't know if I feel like typing it right now, but the Legion isn't as shallow as you may think.

Also agree that the Legion really is just a darker shade of gray than the other factions in the game, even though they are certainly a lot harsher in game than anyone else in the game they do have redeeming qualities. They keep their territories safer than the NCR does and talk to the trader at the fort, he'll tell you that no one dares touch a caravan that is under the Legions protection.

Your right about them having more deph than is shown in game too but I really dont feel like getting into it right now.

Certainly one way to put it, their methods are harsh and no I dont support them but you cant say they dont get things done. You know except for that whole Hoover Dam thing.
